Allison Weinberg

Senior Manager, Membership & Development, American Petroleum Institute

Allison Weinberg is a workforce and stakeholder engagement leader with expertise in industry partnerships, talent development, and strategic program management. As Senior Manager of Membership & Development at the American Petroleum Institute (API), she leads initiatives that strengthen workforce readiness, expand supplier engagement, and support community impact across the natural gas and oil industry.

Through collaboration with industry leaders, workforce organizations, and community partners, Allison develops programs that help address evolving talent and supply chain needs while advancing API's strategic priorities. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Energy Workforce Development.

Prior to joining API, Allison held roles focused on corporate relations, operations, and event management at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Prudential Advisors. She lives in Virginia with her husband, son, and rescue dog.
