Shabana Siraj is the founder and CEO of Trident Consulting, a global IT and engineering staffing firm she built from a one-woman operation into a three-time Inc. 5000 honoree — a certified WBE, MBE, WOSB, and SBE serving Fortune 500 and mid-market clients in cloud, AI, data, and cybersecurity. A first-generation immigrant and the first MBA in her family, she founded and sold two companies in India before building Trident on three values: Trust, Transparency, and Tenacity.

Often the only woman at the table, Shabana decided early that if she made it there, she'd pull up chairs for others. She serves on the board of the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC), where she is Vice Chair of its Small Business Input Committee and a three-time recipient of its Cornerstone of the Year Award. From 2023–2025 she served as National Director for Women at ITServe Alliance, and in 2026 she co-founded the Give Her Voice Foundation. She is a Berkeley-certified executive coach and a two-time Trailblazer Women Award honoree from the Consulate General of India, San Francisco.
