Director of Supply Chain Diversity & Sustainability, Vistra Corporation

Heather Herndon Wright has had 36-year career in Supply Chain Diversity where she has served in the Public, Private and Non-Profit sectors as well as being a certified WBE, herself.   She joined Vistra Corporation in 2009 as Director of Supply Chain Diversity where she leads the strategic efforts to source, utilize and develop diverse and small businesses to support a leading S&P and Fortune 500 integrated retail electricity and power generation company that provides essential power resources to customers, businesses, and communities from California to Maine.  In 2019, she led the effort to develop a Supply Chain Sustainability Program to flow down the Vistra Sustainability values across the supply chain.  Today she serves as the Director of Supply Chain Diversity & Sustainability.
